Round for a reason: Sharp corners are magnets for wear and tear, so we shaped the Stellars like a potato, with welded seams that are three times stronger than sewn seams and offer superior water-resistance. The fabric is 420-denier high-tenacity nylon, waterproofed on both sides. Water-resistant, double-slider zippers allow access to any part of the bag. Adjustable webbing straps can be used to carry the bag as a backpack. Deluge DWR Patagonia s proprietary durable water repellent fabric finish, Deluge DWR, lasts substantially longer than standard DWRs. Garments with the Deluge DWR finish have like-new repellency after years of extensive use.
